JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and analyze client requirements, RFQs, RFPs, and other business opportunities to determine project scope, feasibility, and submission requirements
- Conduct secondary research and market analysis to support opportunity assessment, proposal development, and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather input related to project timelines, costing, and operational feasibility
- Prepare high-quality proposals, bid responses,



and client presentations tailored to specific business opportunities using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Develop visually engaging documents using charts, infographics, and data visualization techniques to enhance proposal effectiveness
- Manage end-to-end proposal submission processes, ensuring timely completion of RFQs, RFPs, and related presales documentation
- Maintain and update records of proposals, client requests, RFQs, and RFPs, in CRM systems
- Manage and maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, company credentials, and supporting documents for efficient proposal development
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all proposal submissions
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Solid analytical and research capabilities with the ability to assess project feasibility and interpret client requirements
