Role Overview

We are seeking a highly seasoned and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent partner, managing end-to-end recruitment across Tech, Engineering, and Non-Tech (Business/Operations) functions.

As the talent landscape evolves, we need a forward-thinking recruiter who is well-versed in the latest market trends and possesses specific exposure to AI hiring. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: End-to-end management of the recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level roles across Technology, Engineering (Software, DevOps, Data), and Non-Tech (Product, Operations etc.) verticals.
- AI & Specialized Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to build pipelines for niche domains, specifically focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science talent.
- Stakeholder Management:



Partner closely with Engineering Leads, Department Heads, and Leadership to understand workforce plans, define role requirements, and provide market insights.
- Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of market shifts, salary benchmarks, and remote/hybrid work trends to consult business leaders on hiring strategies.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize ATS platforms, AI-powered sourcing tools, and data analytics to track recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) and optimize the hiring funnel.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 8 - 12 years of core recruitment experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Functional Expertise: Proven track record of successfully hiring for both highly technical engineering roles and diverse non-technical functions.
