Primary Role:
This is a techno-commercial role responsible for driving product sales, market development, and technical support across the assigned territory. The role involves working closely with research labs, diagnostic centers, pharma and biotech companies, and academic institutions.





Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets for assigned territory and product portfolio (PCR, qPCR, cloning, NGS, cell biology reagents)
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in academia, diagnostics, pharma, and biotech sectors
- Manage key accounts including research institutes, hospitals, and labs
- Drive market penetration and revenue growth strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and positioning

2. Technical Support & Application Handling
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and application support
- Assist in experimental design and product selection
- Resolve customer queries with scientific solutions
- Support product evaluations and validations

3. Customer Engagement & Training
- Deliver scientific presentations, seminars, and workshops
