is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused
Sales Assistant
to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This is a
full-time, in-office role
for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up with clients, and helping convert enquiries into successful projects. You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, homeowners, and our sales team while representing one of India's leading suppliers of natural stone, quartz, marble, porcelain, and luxury surfaces.

About the Role

As our Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our enquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture leads, maintain relationships, provide product information, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from enquiry to order. This role is ideal for someone with an interior design background who enjoys interacting with people and has a flair for sales.





Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Follow up on all enquiries received through phone, email, website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, exhibitions, and referrals.

• Qualify and nurture leads until they are ready to purchase.

• Maintain detailed customer records within the CRM.

• Ensure every enquiry receives a timely and professional response.

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Recommend suitable materials based on customer requirements.

• Share product catalogs, slab photographs, videos, samples, pricing, and technical information.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up emails.

• Coordinate appointments, showroom visits, and material selections.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and homeowners.
