Role Description
The Product Designer internship role at CosmoQuick is a remote position. In this role, the intern collaborates with cross-functional teams to design user-centered features and experiences for the platform. Day-to-day tasks include participating in user research, applying design thinking to solve product challenges, creating visual design assets and prototypes, and refining product flows based on user feedback and data. The intern assists in documenting design decisions, contributing to design systems,



and supporting ongoing product improvements that enhance the hiring experience for both employers and candidates.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Product Design and Design Thinking, with the ability to translate problems into intuitive solutions.
- Experience or coursework in User Research and UX Research, including gathering insights and applying them to product decisions.
- Skills in Visual Design, such as creating clean interfaces, layouts, and prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate clearly with distributed teams.
