About the Role

WebNest Media is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, and creatives.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights.




- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Experience with campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
