Job Summary

The Project Lead Residential Sales is responsible for driving sales performance for assigned residential real estate projects. The role involves leading a team of sales professionals, managing the end-to-end sales process, developing customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure. The Project Lead plays a critical role in maximizing project sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to the organization's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage the sales activities for assigned residential projects.
- Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and inventory absorption targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Drive walk-ins, site visits, bookings, and conversions through effective sales planning.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.





Customer Relationship Management
- Build robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential offerings.
- Conduct project presentations, property tours, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all leads generated through digital, channel partners, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Team Management
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate sales executives and relationship managers assigned to the project.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Identify training needs and support capability development within the team.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing for lead generation campaigns,
