Role Description
We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join the 1DS team. This role sits at the intersection of Growth and GTM strategy — and is built for someone who loves making systems work, data tell stories, and teams move faster. You will own the operational backbone of our revenue engine — from HubSpot platform management and pipeline hygiene to dashboard creation and cross-functional task execution. and can hold your own in a room full of sales and marketing folks — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Platform Management
- Own the day-to-day administration and optimisation of HubSpot CRM across sales, marketing, and ops workflows.
- Build, maintain, and improve pipelines, deal stages, contact properties, and automation sequences.
- Audit data quality regularly and enforce hygiene standards across the platform.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other GTM tools in the tech stack.
- Revenue Dashboards & Reporting
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards in HubSpot and other BI tools to track key revenue metrics — pipeline velocity, conversion rates, win/loss, CAC, and more.
- Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences for leadership and GTM teams.
- Translate raw CRM data into actionable insights that drive decisions.
