Most supply teachers are usually found by cold calling and by answering calls at 6am to try and find staff suitable for the role. We aim to be different by leveraging our subscription and app service to take away the manual approach and have a suite of compliant and skilled educators all a finger tip away.
Whilst to begin with you will have to do grow our education supply desk with full cycle recruitment, compliance and business development all leading into candidate delivery, once the business begins to generate turnover and profitability, it will be then key to develop your own team alongside the owner to support the growth.

Candidate Sourcing & Management
- Source, screen, and interview teachers and education support staff
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for short-term, long-term, and permanent roles
- Manage candidate compliance, safeguarding checks, and onboarding processes
- Provide ongoing support and career guidance to candidates
End-to-Mid Recruitment (180)
- Manage the candidate pipeline and pass relevant qualified candidates through to the UK to place.
- Provide quality candidate to match to roles effectively, ensuring quality and suitability
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
Market Knowledge & Strategy
- Stay informed on education sector trends, policies, and hiring needs
- Develop strategic plans to grow your desk and market share
- Maintain accurate records using CRM system – to be implemented
