Role Description
The Event Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and recruitment-focused events,



including job fairs, client meetings, promotional activities, and candidate engagement programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing event timelines and logistics, coordinating venues and vendors, preparing event materials, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. The Event Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to align event objectives with business and HR goals, drive attendance, and enhance brand visibility. The role also involves post-event evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement of event strategies.
