Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end procurement for residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring timely sourcing, cost optimization, quality compliance, and effective vendor management. Drive strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and procurement planning to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of civil, MEP, finishing materials, and project-related services.
- Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve cost savings.
- Build and manage a strong vendor base through evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with projects, contracts, QS, and finance teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor procurement KPIs, inventory, and market trends to improve efficiency.
