We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a robust background in SaaS sales. This role is responsible for end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, consultative selling, client onboarding, relationship management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference in the education and healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Ownership:

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to onboarding clients for Learn 2 Care’s SaaS solutions.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in the Saas and healthcare sectors through multiple channels.

Consultative Selling:

Conduct product demonstrations, understand client pain points, and tailor solutions to meet organizational learning needs.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention.

Revenue Growth:





Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline tracking using CRM tools.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in SaaS.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
