About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly candidates for the Customer Service Executive (RM) role.

In this role, you will interact with customers over calls, understand their concerns, guide them properly, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is a voice process role with simple service targets and growth opportunities

.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls
- Understand customer problems and provide proper resolutions
- Guide customers with the right information and support
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality

Work Details
- 6 working days per week
- 1 rotational weekday off (Monday to Thursday)
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
- Timing: 10 AM 7 PM
