A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kadi is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operation Theatre (OT) Head to lead its surgical services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned OT qualified with strong leadership skills to oversee theatre operations, ensure clinical excellence, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety.

Salary- ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
*Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.*

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (for nursing candidates).
- Minimum 7–10 years of Operation Theatre experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of OT management, infection control, sterilization procedures, NABH standards, surgical protocols, and patient safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning,



and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre complex.
- Ensure all Operation Theatres are adequately staffed, equipped, and prepared for scheduled and emergency surgeries.
- Oversee OT Nurses, OT Technicians, OT Assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and monitor OT schedules in coordination with surgeons, anaesthetists, and hospital departments.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection prevention protocols, sterilization practices, and patient safety guidelines.
- Monitor the availability and maintenance of surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate with the CSSD, Biomedical Engineering, Purchase, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted OT operations.
