Role Description
The Moderator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and managing user-generated content across digital platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines and community standards.



The Moderator will assess content for appropriateness, accuracy, and relevance, and take appropriate action such as approvals, edits, or removals. The role involves responding to user reports and inquiries, escalating complex issues, and maintaining clear documentation of moderation decisions. The Moderator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on recurring issues, support improvements to moderation policies, and help foster a protected, respectful, and professional online setting aligned with IGG Technologies’ brand and values.

Qualifications
- Strong content review and analysis skills, with the ability to assess text, images, and other media against clear guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users and internal stakeholders.
