Operation Executive - School Operations
CBSE School | Full-Time | In office

Role Overview
The operation Executive is responsible for the end-to-end upkeep, safety, and operational continuity of the school campus. The role spans soft and hard facility management, landscaping, waste management, preventive maintenance, school event logistics, asset governance, statutory compliance, and HR administration of support staff ensuring a clean, safe, and fully compliant learning environment aligned with CBSE norms and regulatory standards.

1. Soft Facility Management
A. Housekeeping & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness across classrooms, washrooms, labs, and common areas as per defined SLAs.

Implement and monitor daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules and hygiene audit checklists.

Oversee pest control contracts (preventive and corrective) and vendor compliance.
B. Transportation Management

Plan and optimise bus routes for cost, time, and student safety; ensure RTO compliance.

Manage driver credentials,



vehicle records, GPS tracking, and preventive maintenance schedules.
C. Safety & Security

Deploy and roster security personnel; operate CCTV monitoring and Visitor Management System.

Conduct fire safety audits, mock drills, and incident reporting in line with school safety policy.

Manage parking, crowd flow, and risk mitigation protocols during events and daily operations.
D. Landscaping & Grounds Management
Maintain a green, safe, and aesthetically appealing campus through seasonal plantation and structured irrigation planning.

Coordinate with landscaping vendors for periodic upkeep, beautification, and campus horticulture standards.
E. Waste Management
Implement a structured waste segregation system (dry, wet, hazardous, e-waste) across all campus areas.

Ensure compliance with municipal solid waste rules and CPCB/local environmental norms for waste disposal.
