Role Description
The Pool Attendant role is a full-time, in office position based in Bardez. The Pool Attendant is responsible for monitoring the pool area, ensuring guest safety, maintaining cleanliness of the pool deck, loungers, towels, and related facilities, and reporting any maintenance issues. The role includes assisting guests with poolside amenities, providing friendly and timely service, and enforcing pool rules and regulations. The Pool Attendant will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, support basic pool upkeep as instructed,



and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications
- Ability to monitor pool safety, follow standard operating procedures, and respond calmly to minor incidents or emergencies.
- Strong customer service orientation, with polite communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Attention to cleanliness and order, including maintaining poolside areas, towels, and equipment to resort standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate weights, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in hospitality, pool operations, or a guest-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Certification in basic first aid
