We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst-Tableau Specialist with strong hands-on Tableau experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in building interactive dashboards, writing SQL queries, and delivering actionable business insights. Candidates who can join immediately or within a few days will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Understand relationships between multiple database tables and maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare reports and present findings to business stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making.
- Assist in automating reporting and analytical workflows where applicable.
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Junior Data Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Good understanding of Relational Databases and data modeling concepts.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Advanced Formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Alteryx for workflow automation.
- Exposure to APIs and marketplace data.
- Knowledge of data quality and reporting best practices.
