About The Role
The HR Customer Support Associate role at BCforward is designed to bridge the gap between HR service delivery and customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to candidates and internal stakeholders through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats. This role involves assisting with recruitment-related queries, guiding users on self-service portals,

Qualifications
