Role Description
The Customer Service Specialist Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information about UGEEKO’s services and solutions. Responsibilities include logging and tracking customer issues,



escalating technical concerns to relevant teams, and following up to confirm resolution and satisfaction. The intern will assist in collecting feedback, identifying patterns in customer requests, and suggesting process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. The role also involves maintaining explicit documentation of interactions, adhering to service standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smooth service delivery.
