Your work profile
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify AI-driven solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Develop AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers,



and integration teams to design scalable AI solutions and APIs.
- Develop and deploy AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Implement MLOps practices using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Monitor AI model performance, governance, security, and responsible AI compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on AI, Machine Learning, and software engineering best practices.
