Job Purpose

The Finance Manager will oversee export finance compliance, statutory and regulatory requirements related to export transactions, and prepare, analyze, and report the monthly Management Information System (MIS) for subsidiary company. The role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely management reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Export Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all export regulations, including Customs, DGFT, FEMA, GST, RBI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Review and approve export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and related documents.
- Coordinate with banks, to ensure seamless export operations.
- Monitor export proceeds realization and ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA timelines.
- Manage export incentive schemes such as RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and any other government export perks.
- Liaise with auditors, statutory authorities,



and regulatory agencies during audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor changes in export laws, trade policies, and taxation and implement necessary process improvements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to minimize compliance risks.

B. Monthly MIS Subsidiary Companies
- Prepare and consolidate monthly MIS reports for subsidiary company
- Develop and share monthly Profit & Loss statement etc.
- Prepare monthly dashboards with key financial and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely submission of financial data.
- Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations for accuracy.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

C. Financial Control & Business Support
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and management reports.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
