We're looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive
Private Client Operations Associate
to join our growing Operations team. This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and building operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring every order, client experience, and backend process runs smoothly while working cross-functionally with our Operations, Styling, Tech, and Leadership teams.
What You'll Own
- Order Management & Operations
- Place and process client orders across our luxury brand partners and retailers.
- Source inventory for VIP client appointments and coordinate with brands and boutiques as needed.
- Audit orders to ensure backend accuracy from purchase through delivery.
- Monitor order fulfillment, tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Review returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure operational accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across merchant platforms.
- Reconcile orders, payments, refunds, commissions, and payouts.
- Partner with luxury retailers to resolve order issues, sourcing requests, and client needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and enhance the client experience.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Maintain accurate reporting across sales, returns, commissions, and operational performance.
- Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support reporting and operational analysis for leadership.
Commission Auditing
- Audit stylist and brand commissions to ensure payout accuracy.
- Investigate commission discrepancies
