Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Home Loan & LAP business and achieve state sales targets.
- Manage 8-10 branches and lead branch managers/sales teams.
- Build business through DST, DSA, Connectors & Green Channel.
- Ensure portfolio quality, collections, compliance, and profitability.
- Monitor branch productivity, disbursements, and customer service.
- Identify recent business opportunities and support branch expansion.
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate
- 815 years of experience in Home Loans/LAP, NBFC, or Banking.
- Experience in handling 8-10 branches is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, channel management, and team handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
