Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in process development, optimization, and troubleshooting of chemical processes.
- Conduct lab experiments, data analysis, and report preparation under supervision.
- Participate in plant trials, commissioning, and start-up activities as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory work, including protocols, results, and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate (B.Tech / B.E.) or Diploma holder with 0-1 year of experience in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of fundamental principles of chemistry and chemical engineering concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
