InquiSight is an end-to-end qualitative research platform founded by former Bain consultants to remove the operational friction in consumer research. The platform automates participant screening, AI-driven recruitment, AI-moderated interviews, and rapid AI analysis across key research categories such as brand perception, purchase journey, product experience, competitive landscape, and unmet needs.

Role Description
- The Founding GTM Leader will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy across target segments, including consulting firms, consumer insights and product teams.
- This role involves developing positioning and messaging, defining ICPs and personas, building outbound and inbound motion, and testing pricing and packaging.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include running experiments across channels (email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships), building and refining sales playbooks, owning early pipeline generation,



and driving the demo-to-close process alongside the founders.
- The role also includes collaborating with product on roadmap priorities, creating enablement materials and case studies, and setting up basic metrics, reporting, and GTM processes that can scale.
- As a founding team member, the GTM Leader will play a key role in validating product-market fit and laying the foundation for future sales and marketing hires.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of GTM and commercial experience: track record in B2B SaaS or research/insights products, including ownership of go-to-market strategy, ICP definition, and pipeline generation.
- Experience with next-gen market / consumer research platforms is a must
- Sales and business development: experience with outbound and inbound sales motions, consultative selling, demo delivery, and closing early-stage deals.
