Hiring for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Haryana Location.

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Location : Hisar

Salary : 90,000 - 1,25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the companys finance, accounts, treasury, taxation, banking, and statutory compliance functions. The CFO will work closely with the Managing Director to drive financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the organizations continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Treasury operations.

* Manage banking relationships, including CC limits, Bank Guarantees, Term Loans, and working capital.

* Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.

* Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.

* Finalize financial statements and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.

* Develop financial controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.





* Support project financial planning and strategic business decisions.

* Oversee ERP implementation and process automation.

Candidate Profile

* Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15–20 years of relevant experience.

* Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.

* Experience in Highway Consultancy, Infrastructure, Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction, or Project based organizations will be preferred.

* Strong knowledge of banking, project finance, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Compensation & Perks

* Salary: 90,000 – 1,25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

* 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
