Sourced candidates through local networks,field visits,and database management.

Conducted initial screenings and verified candidate documentation before onboarding.

Coordinated interviews,training,and joining formalities for recent hires.

Maintained daily and weekly recruitment reports for management review.

Ensured smooth coordination between HR,Operation,and site supervisors to meet staffing targets.

Assisted in attendance tracking and workforce deployment as per operational needs.





Role & responsibilities

Conduct bulk hiring for delivery executives (bike riders, parcel delivery agents).

Source candidates through field recruitment, job portals, references, and local networks.

Visit hotspots like transport hubs, petrol pumps, marketplaces, and residential areas for candidate sourcing.

Screen candidates based on eligibility (license, vehicle, documents, etc.).

Ensure timely onboarding and document verification.

Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring data.

Build and maintain a pipeline of delivery candidates.

Coordinate with internal and external team to understand manpower requirements.

Handle delivery boys queries and provide accurate job information.
