Role Description
The Head of Human Resources is a full time, on-site role based in Dharwad, responsible for leading the HR function and aligning people strategies with TECHNYMON India's business goals. This role oversees HR operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding,



performance management, compensation, and organizational development. The Head of HR designs and implements HR policies and processes, ensures compliance with labor and employment laws, and maintains effective employee relations across all levels of the organization. Typical responsibilities include advising leadership on HR strategy, driving engagement and retention initiatives, managing employee lifecycle processes, and coordinating HR reporting and analytics. The role also partners with global HR counterparts to support best practices, harmonize standards, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading an HR function or department.
- Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including practical experience ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
