SCADA Administration & Support
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Aveva System Platform 2020, Aveva Historian, and FactoryTalk View.
- Perform administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for SCADA and Historian environments.
- Support SCADA-related incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution of production-critical issues.
- Ensure proper communication between GMP Pro, Aveva Historian, and Aveva Servers.
- Ensure all SCADA systems comply with regulatory and data integrity requirements.
- Handle SCADA upgrade and commissioning activities with vendors for Unit-2 and Unit-4.
- Create and review Configuration Specification documents related to SCADA systems.
- Create and review Risk Assessment documents related to SCADA systems.
- Create and review IQ/OQ documents for Test and Production SCADA environments.
- Review URS/FRS/FCS/QRA/Test Script documents prepared by vendors before submission to the CSV team.
OT Architecture & Standardization
- Conduct AS-IS assessment studies of all plants for OT systems and identify pain points related to engineering, operations, maintenance, and security.
- Develop standard naming conventions and plant modelling standards based on ISA-95 across all Production Blocks.
- Define future-state OT architecture for Unit-2 and Unit-4 with centralized monitoring, control, and historization.
Continuous Improvement & Digitalization
- Recommend cutting-edge functionalities for existing and upcoming SCADA systems to improve operator situational awareness.
