Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Academic Coordinator
with a
Data Science, Data Analytics, or data management background
to support academic operations. This is a data-intensive role involving academic coordination, large-scale data management, reporting and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless learning experience for students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day academic operations, including classroom readiness, IT setup, and faculty/student support.
- Maintain and analyze large academic datasets, trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, schedules, learning materials, and class recordings.




- Track attendance, leave records, assignments, and academic performance data.
- Coordinate examinations, assignments, and other academic activities.
- Resolve student and faculty queries within defined turnaround timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth academic operations and logistics.

Requirements
- Preferrence: Bachelor's degree in
Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics
, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in
data management, academic operations, program coordination, or a similar data-heavy role.
- Solid proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
