Human Resource Executive (Talent Acquisition)

We’re looking for an Human Resource Executive with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment who understands the pace, chaos, and excitement of agency hiring.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an advertising agency or recruitment firm and wants to build strong fundamentals in talent acquisition, especially for creative and digital roles.

At Tonic, recruitment is not treated like a support function. You’ll work closely with teams across creative, strategy, client servicing, content, design, and performance to help build high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates efficiently
- Handle creative hiring across design, copy, video, social, client servicing, etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team fit




- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- Build and improve hiring processes over time

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Prior experience in an advertising agency or recruitment firm is mandatory
- Understanding of creative/digital roles and hiring requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Someone proactive, organized, and eager to grow in recruitment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
