Transition Manager Pan India · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role The Transition Manager will plan, manage, and execute transition programs across various functions, ensuring successful delivery of key transition outputs. The role involves collaborating with Function Leads, GBS teams, and site management to meet project objectives. Success in this role means effective stakeholder communication, successful knowledge transfer, and adherence to transition methodology.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute transition programs across various functions
- Review project proposals to define approach, milestones, timelines, and resources
- Manage end-to-end transition of processes from local sites to GBS hubs




- Collaborate with Function Leads, GBS teams, and site management
- Track progress through transition metrics and reporting
- Identify risks/issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct process analysis, gap identification, and impact assessments
- Ensure delivery of key transition outputs (SOPs, process maps, project deliverables)
- Work closely with TMO, PMO, and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
- Manage and mentor Transition Coordinators and drive team performance

Requirements
- Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management
- 6–10 years relevant experience in Transition/Project Management within SSC/BPO
- Strong track record in managing transitions into GBS/SSC environments
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Proven project/transition management expertise
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
