As our business expands across Australia, we're looking for a highly organised Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our remote team in India.
You'll support Australian customers, restaurant partners, and delivery drivers while ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp.
- Resolve delivery issues, payment enquiries, refunds and order complaints.
- Provide professional customer service with excellent written and spoken English.
- Escalate urgent operational issues when required.
Restaurant Operations
- Onboard new restaurant partners.
- Verify restaurant documents and business information.
- Upload menus, pricing and operating hours.
- Assist restaurants in using the merchant dashboard.
- Ensure restaurants are successfully launched on the platform.
Driver Operations
- Onboard delivery drivers.
- Verify licences, ID, vehicle registration, insurance and banking details.
- Support drivers with account and app-related issues.
- Monitor compliance with company policies.
Administration
- Verify documents accurately.
- Update merchant and driver records.
- Maintain CRM and internal systems.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Follow Australian compliance procedures and company SOPs.
Daily Operations
- Monitor live orders.
- Coordinate between customers, restaurants and drivers.
- Resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Follow Australian privacy and operational standards.
