Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP MM procurement solutions.
- Configure and support end-to-end procurement processes in SAP MM.
- Work on:
- Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Quotation Management
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Contracts and Scheduling Agreements
- Goods Receipt (GR)
- Invoice Verification (IV)
- Vendor Evaluation
- Inventory Management
- Configure Release Strategy and Approval Workflows.
- Manage Master Data including:
- Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Purchasing Info Records
- Source Lists
- Work closely with business users to optimize procurement processes.
- Support integration with:
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP WM/EWM
- SAP Ariba (preferred)
- Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, rollouts, and migration projects.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
