We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Child Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and therapeutic support to children and adolescents. The ideal candidate should be skilled in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning concerns.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists,
and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide counseling, guidance, and emotional support to parents and caregivers to promote the child's overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, treatment plans, and patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Stay updated with the latest research, clinical practices, and advancements in child psychology.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychological support whenever required.
- Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and skilled guidelines.
