About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead hiring for one of our AI Product Engineering vertical. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record of hiring technical talent for AI, Machine Learning, and Product Engineering roles while leading and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI Product Engineering roles across multiple levels, including leadership, lateral, campus, and intern hiring.
- Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, driving performance, capability building, and hiring excellence.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business priorities in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders.
- Build strong talent pipelines for Software Engineering,



AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Platform Engineering, and other Product Engineering roles.
- Own and scale the campus hiring strategy by partnering with premier engineering institutes to attract high-quality graduate talent.
- Drive internship hiring programs, including summer internships, pre-placement offers (PPOs), and full-time conversion initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with university placement cells, faculty members, and student communities to strengthen the employer brand.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies through referrals, talent communities, social platforms, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring demand and build proactive talent pipelines for future business growth.
