We are seeking a
Part-Time Technical Interviewer
with
10+ years of software development experience
and deep expertise in
Golang programming (not scripting), Microservices Architecture, System Design, and Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical interviews, assessing candidates' coding proficiency, architectural thinking, and system design capabilities, and providing structured interview feedback to support hiring decisions.

Skills: C,C++, VC++(GO ( Goroutines ,Channels, Concurrency ),Microservices Architecture,System Design ,Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP))

Key Responsibilities:




- Conduct technical screening and in-depth interviews for Golang developers and backend engineering roles.
- Evaluate candidates on Golang programming fundamentals, coding standards, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Assess hands-on experience in designing scalable Microservices-based applications.
- Evaluate candidates' system design capabilities, including high-level and low-level design concepts.
- Assess knowledge of cloud-native application development on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Validate understanding of distributed systems, APIs, messaging systems, databases, and scalability patterns.

Mandatory:
- 10+ years
of software development experience.
