Accountabilities




- Evaluate product functionality and user journeys from a customer perspective to identify opportunities for improving the overall experience.
- Provide user experience reports and actionable feedback to support product teams in optimizing workflows and features.
- Assist with onboarding-related challenges by helping identify and resolve issues faced by current users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, communicate findings, and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Support research activities by analyzing user feedback, documenting observations, and highlighting potential areas for enhancement.
- Participate in team discussions, knowledge-sharing activities, and career development opportunities throughout the accelerator program.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and available to work full-time for a 6-month fixed-term program.
