Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in Township / Residential Plot Sales to drive revenue growth through direct sales, broker networks, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills and a successful track record in achieving sales targets within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive residential plot sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
- Build and strengthen relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings.
- Develop sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Handle customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Ensure smooth coordination with CRM, legal,
and operations teams for documentation and collections.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and performance dashboards.
Required Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Hands-on experience in Township Sales / Residential Plot Sales / Land Sales.
- Strong network of brokers and channel partners.
- Experience managing direct sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Noida/NCR real estate market.
