We are seeking an experienced
Databricks Administrator & DevOps Engineer
to manage, optimize, and automate our Azure Databricks environment. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in
Azure Cloud, Databricks administration, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and Unity Catalog
. You will play a key role in ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing data platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Azure Databricks workspaces and related cloud resources.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Databricks notebooks, jobs, libraries, and infrastructure.
- Configure and manage
Unity Catalog
for secure data governance, access control, and metadata management.
- Monitor platform health, optimize cluster performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices for Azure Databricks environments.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to support project delivery.




- Manage workspace security, user access, permissions, secrets, and cluster policies.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment processes, and operational runbooks.
- Stay updated with Azure and Databricks features to recommend platform improvements.

Required Skills:
- 6–7 years of experience in Databricks Administration and DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Azure Cloud
and
Azure Databricks
.
- Experience implementing
Continuous Integration (CI)
and
Continuous Delivery (CD)
pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of
Unity Catalog
for data governance and security.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment best practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, access management, and monitoring.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
