Role Description
The Executive Tender Management role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and financial inputs. The executive prepares tender proposals, ensures compliance with client requirements and regulations, and manages submission timelines and documentation.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining tender databases, tracking bid status, supporting negotiations, and contributing to pricing strategies and risk assessments. The role also includes building relationships with vendors and clients, preparing reports for management, and supporting continuous improvement in tender processes.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in tender management, bid preparation, and proposal documentation, with attention to detail and adherence to requirements.
- Experience in handling GeM and Government portals and tender submissions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and comfort working with tender portals and document management systems.
- Capabilities in data analysis, pricing and cost estimation, and basic financial understanding to support competitive yet viable bids.
