CDL Driver Recruiter
to strengthen our driver acquisition team.
The
CDL Driver Recruiter
will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of CDL drivers for our US trucking operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in driver recruitment and possess a robust understanding of the US trucking industry, fleet operations, driver qualification requirements, and recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for CDL drivers across US trucking operations.
- Source qualified CDL drivers through job portals, referrals, social media platforms, recruiting agencies, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Verify employment history, driving records, and required documentation.
- Coordinate interviews with the Operations, Safety, and Management teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified CDL drivers to support ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Fleet Management teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
