Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 Financials implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents (BR100, MD50, TE40, etc.).
Configure and support Oracle Financial modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
E-Business Tax (EBTax)
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Perform FIT-GAP analysis, solution design, UAT, CRP, and end-user training.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Work closely with technical teams for RICEFW objects, integrations, data migration, and reporting.
Resolve production issues and provide post-go-live support.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and business processes.

Required Skills

5+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Financials functional experience.
Hands-on experience in at least 23 full lifecycle implementations.
Robust knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and EBTax.
Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation.
Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL for troubleshooting is preferred
