We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in Japanese cuisine to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Japanese or Pan-Asian dining concepts and possess excellent knowledge of Japanese food, service standards, and guest experience. Candidates from luxury hotels (5-star) with exposure to Japanese restaurants will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure high standards of food presentation, service quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, costs, and operational performance.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
- Supervise inventory, ordering,



and stock control to minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company SOPs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of current employees.

Candidate Profile;
- 6-15 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine is preferred.
- Experience in a Japanese restaurant is highly preferred.
- Candidates with Pan-Asian restaurant experience and substantial Japanese cuisine exposure will also be considered.
- Candidates from 5-star hotels with experience in Japanese dining concepts are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
