Position Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s finance and accounting function, ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, treasury management, budgeting, costing, MIS reporting, taxation, and strategic financial planning. The role requires a proactive skilled who can support business growth while maintaining strong financial controls and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

· Prepare annual budgets,



quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

· Monitor actual performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.

· Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, and business segment.

· Develop financial models for new projects, capital investments, and expansion initiatives.

· Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

· Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting.

· Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.

· Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Costing & Manufacturing Finance

· Monitor product costing, raw material consumption, and manufacturing overheads.
