Placement Executive

About the Role

ACE Engineering College is inviting applications for the position of Placement Executive to support the Training & Placement Cell. The selected candidate will coordinate placement activities, support corporate engagement initiatives, counsel students, manage placement communications, and assist in the smooth execution of campus recruitment processes.

Eligibility
- Intermediate / Diploma / Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.

Key Responsibilities

Placement Coordination
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, internships, workshops, and placement activities.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities, placements, internships, and skill development.
- Communicate placement updates, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, and job descriptions to students and parents.
- Maintain student databases, placement records, reports, and documentation.

Corporate Relations Support




- Research companies using LinkedIn, job portals, search engines, and company websites.
- Schedule recruiter meetings, follow-ups, campus visits, and virtual interactions.
- Maintain an updated recruiter database and placement trackers.
- Support corporate outreach and industry engagement activities.

Communication & Administration
- Draft skilled emails, letters, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between recruiters, students, faculty, parents, and management.
- Assist in organizing placement drives, workshops, seminars, and other placement-related events.

Digital Branding
- Create LinkedIn posts and placement-related social media content.
- Design basic creatives using Canva.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials for placement activities.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hind
