About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client success, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires a solid blend of leadership, strategy, client management, team development, and performance marketing expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team, including SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Design, and Client Servicing.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training and development initiatives.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project execution.

Client Strategy & Relationship Management




- Act as the senior point of contact for key client accounts.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct periodic client review meetings and present campaign performance.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consultation.
- Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Ensure adherence to best practices across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
