On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system. Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and moving toward launch. Distribution is in motion.

What makes this seat different: you head a vertical from day one. Not a ticket queue, not a module. The app itself: a live product on both stores, and every screen the user touches is yours.





What you'll own:
- The Xuman.AI app on iOS and Android, ONE app where people book and offer from the same profile
- The booking experience end-to-end: discovery to payment to session to review
- Real-time surfaces: chat, calls, live video sessions
- Store releases, performance, and interface quality

Must have:
- React Native + Expo with TypeScript: apps shipped to both stores that real users used
- Clean REST API integration, typed clients, and solid state management (Zustand, Redux, or Context, your call, defended)
- Navigation patterns and complex list rendering: virtualized lists, image optimization, lazy loading
- Loading, empty, error, and offline states treated as first-class screens
- 3 to 5 years of experience across startups and corporate, internships count
- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional, this is how we work.
