HWT is actively engaged in Biogas and Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects across India and currently operates a solid waste management facility in Goa. The company delivers end-to-end integrated solid waste treatment solutions, encompassing process design, detailed engineering, in-house manufacturing, supply, project management, erection, commissioning, and long-term operations and maintenance (O&M;) of waste treatment plants. Role Definition

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Shift Engineer who will work in rotational shifts and act as the Shift Incharge for the Waste-to-CBG plant. The role involves leading shift operations, ensuring smooth plant functioning, managing manpower, maintaining housekeeping standards, handling breakdowns, and achieving safety and production targets during the shift.

Experience
- 3 to 7 years in solid waste management / waste processing plants / O&M; projects
- Experience in composting, MRF, WTE, or landfill operations preferred
